Privacy Statement

For us, careful handling of personal data is of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed, protected, and treated confidentially. BlueFinch is responsible for data processing. Because our processing is within the statutory exemption schemes, they are not notified to the Personal Data Protection Board. In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect and use and for what purpose. This privacy statement was last updated on February 5, 2020.

Data capture and processing

We only retain and use that personal data that is provided directly by you or which is clearly provided to us upon disclosure. Personal data that is no longer required, will be deleted. You can also ask for access, modification, or deletion of data yourself. See the contact details at the bottom of this document. We store personal data that is necessary for the provision of our services. Think of data for invoicing.

Response to vacancies

When you respond to a vacancy and provide personal data, we will only use and retain it for as long as is necessary for the full answer and handling of the filling of the outstanding vacancy. After this, we may retain the data for another 6 months in case a similar vacancy is issued.

Email, newsletter, and other alterations

If you fill out a contact, request or registration form on the website, or send us an email, the information you send us will be retained for as long as the nature of the form or the content of the email is required for the full response and handling of it. In addition, we offer personalised emails and newsletters with which we want to inform our customers, relations and other interested parties about our services and related matters. Your email address is only used for information related to previous requests and is therefore considered relevant. Each newsletter/email contains a link that allows you to unsubscribe. Our subscriber base of the newsletter is not provided to third parties.

Web visits

General visit details are kept on the website. We use Google Analytics to gain insight into the pages visited. However, all visit details are anonymised, so we can never trace from which IP address our website was visited, i.e. who the visitor was. With this, we comply with the latest GDPR legislation that applies as of May 25, 2018.

Third-party websites

This statement does not apply to third-party websites connected to this website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.

We reserve the right to make changes to this statement. It is advisable to consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
